We are a private travel-assistance website, not a government agency. A reference generated by this Website is an internal application reference; it is not, by itself, a government-issued eTicket QR code, visa, travel authorization, or guarantee of admission to the Dominican Republic.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and eTicketDominicanRepublic.info (“the Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to the Website and use of services made available through it.
By accessing the Website, starting an application, or submitting information, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Private service status
The Website is a privately operated travel-assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of the Dominican Republic, immigration authorities, customs authorities, any embassy or consulate, an airline, or an airport.
The Dominican Republic government provides its own eTicket service through official channels. You may choose to use official government services directly. Our service is optional and is intended to provide a guided process and assistance.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the service. If you submit information for another person, including a child or minor, you represent that you are their parent, legal guardian, authorized representative, or otherwise have lawful permission to provide their information and act for this purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that everyone included in an application knows how their information will be used.
4. Scope of the service
The Website provides an interface for entering, reviewing, storing, and processing information associated with a Dominican Republic eTicket request. Depending on the service available at the time, we may help organize information, identify incomplete fields, communicate about an application, and facilitate further processing.
Submitting the Website form does not itself establish that information has been accepted by a government system. Your on-screen Website reference confirms receipt by our system only. A government-issued QR code or confirmation, where applicable, will be separately identifiable.
Service features, form fields, processing methods, and availability may change to reflect technical or government requirements.
5. Your information and responsibilities
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information that matches the applicable passport and travel reservation. You are responsible for reviewing all names, passport details, dates, flight information, accommodation information, and declarations before submission.
- Do not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
- Keep access to confirmation emails, references, travel documents, and QR codes secure.
- Notify us promptly if you identify an error or believe information was submitted without authority.
- Review any final government-issued document and confirm that it is correct before travel.
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, travel disruption, or other consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or late information supplied by you or on your behalf.
6. Government and travel requirements
An eTicket is not a visa and does not replace a passport, visa, residence permit, vaccination document, airline requirement, customs obligation, or any other authorization that may apply to your trip.
Government rules, eligibility standards, required information, system availability, and processing practices are controlled by the relevant authorities and may change without notice. You remain responsible for checking current official requirements and allowing enough time before travel.
Government authorities, border officers, customs officials, airlines, and other third parties make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee acceptance of an application, issuance of a QR code by a particular time, permission to board, or entry into or departure from any country.
7. Electronic communications
By providing an email address or telephone number, you authorize us to send transactional communications reasonably related to your application, support request, service status, security, or these Terms. You are responsible for providing working contact information and checking spam or filtered folders.
Electronic delivery may be affected by third-party email, telecommunications, device, or network providers. Keep your own copy of important travel records.
8. Fees and refunds
If a paid service is offered, the applicable service fee and any material payment terms will be displayed before you authorize payment. A service fee charged by a private assistance provider is separate from any government fee and may apply even when an official government option is available without a service fee.
Any refund terms displayed during purchase or supplied with your order form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Acceptable use
You may use the Website only for lawful personal or authorized travel-assistance purposes. You must not:
- Access, collect, or submit another person’s information without appropriate authority.
- Interfere with the Website, bypass access controls, probe security, introduce malicious code, or overload the service.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, monitor, or submit information without written permission.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use the Website for fraud or unlawful activity.
- Copy, resell, frame, or commercially exploit the Website or its content except as permitted by law or written agreement.
10. Third-party services and links
The Website relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to government, airline, accommodation, payment, mapping, or other external services. Third parties control their own websites, availability, security, content, and privacy practices.
A link or technical integration does not mean we endorse or control a third party. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, or that all information will remain current.
Website content is general travel information and is not legal, immigration, customs, tax, or professional advice. You should consult official sources or an appropriately qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of travel, loss of opportunity, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the Website.
Our aggregate liability arising from a particular service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service, except where a different minimum liability is required by law. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct where applicable.
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection law in your place of residence applies.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally. Subject to mandatory law, courts with jurisdiction in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
14. General terms
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Website, third parties, or legal compliance. We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown above; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer or reorganization.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any specific order or refund terms presented to you form the entire agreement concerning the service and replace prior discussions about the same subject.
